The act of gratitude does remarkable things. Some sell gratitude diaries or journals, which are pretty good, but if you want to practice feeling grateful you can do it right now or at any time without any writing whatsoever.

And the one really good thing that it does is make you feel kinda wonderful and you can’t be anxious when you feel that.
